The process of preparing the skin with this gel results in an exfoliating effect where dehydrated skin cells of the keratin layer are plumped up and then sloughed off during the physical removal of the gel. As a result, the skin is softer and is ready for deep pore extraction. This gel allows the esthetician to prepare the skin for deep pore cleansing without the use of a steam machine, which is especially useful when treating inflamed, sensitive, cuprose, seborrhea and acne skin types.

An Anna Lotan original development. This powder can be instantly prepared into an active and natural gel used to prepare the skin for deep pore cleansing. The plumping gel made from this powder is all-natural, containing no preservatives, and should therefore be used up within the day it is prepared. The product is made mostly of ground seeds of the Cyanopsis Tetragonoloba which swell when mixed with water and form a naturally thick gel that is soothing to the skin. The powder also contains Sodium Bicarbonate that helps in the softening of comedones.
It is also possible to hydrate the powder with infusions of either Chamomile or Sage, instead of regular water. The resulting gel can be used for various massages and can be added to the Cooling Peel-Off Seaweed Mask.

The powder contains all natural ingredients with no color or fragrance. It prevents the spread of bacteria and infection from one area to another by secluding each area treated. It keeps the skin dry by absorbing any discharged fluids and helps the healing and scabbing processes to the wound. The powder soothes the skin with out over-drying. Suitable for use as a base product when using high frequency equipment as it leaves the skin dry and smooth to the touch. It leaves the skin somewhat camouflaged from redness after deep pore cleansing, giving the skin a uniform tone.
